What you will do
- Manage a team of participant service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance coaching.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives that support the site or the broader Participant Services organization.
- Oversee communication and performance execution of departmental initiatives.
- Monitor workflows and procedures to ensure high quality and efficiency in customer experience.
- Develop resource tools for representatives to ensure consistency in information delivery.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements and policy changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably business) or 3-5 additional years of management experience.
- 3-5 years of client service management experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work overnight hours.
- FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.
