TL;DR

Senior Manager / Associate Director (Institutional & Pension Business): Developing and closing new business for complex institutional and pension accounts in Hong Kong and Macau with an accent on lead generation and RFP management. Focus on analyzing asset liabilities, coordinating with global investment centers, and shaping core offerings for sophisticated clients.

Location: Hong Kong (Hybrid: Minimum 4 days per week in the office)

What you will do

  • Identify and source new institutional and pension business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and RFP preparation to deal closure.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of asset liabilities, investment risk-return profiles, and data research.
  • Partner with regional and global investment centers to tailor traditional and alternative strategies.
  • Collaborate with the RFP team to develop innovative responses and propose new products for assigned markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Investments.
  • Relevant professional licenses for the Asset Management industry.
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with institutional clients in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple tactical tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong experience within the Insurance segment.
