What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts within the claims vertical.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to execute account strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations to help clients optimize their operations.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Analyze account metrics to monitor performance and uncover growth trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the claims or insurance industry.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of closing deals.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
