What you will do
- Develop and execute short-to-medium term sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure sustainable, profitable trading and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze products, customers, markets, and competitors; report sales progress and business environment periodically to senior management.
- Lead and coach Sales Associates/Executives, set goals, provide feedback, and support learning and development plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit control, editorial, marketing, HE sales, sales support) and customize sales tools/documentation.
- Ensure activities align with company trading and terms policy.
Requirements
- Right to reside and work in Mexico
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the education industry, database services, publishing, library services, or similar fields.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including group presentations and interpreting numerical data.
- Proven leadership ability to motivate others and provide feedback.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly and work effectively in group settings.
