What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Mexican market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline via outreach and networking.
  • Run needs assessments and tailor hirify.global solutions to customer requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate hirify.global’s product suite (Messaging, Voice, Flex, and more).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics while tracking industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be remote and based in Mexico.
  • 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in technology or communications for the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong sales discovery, objection handling, business acumen, and closing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
