What you will do

  • Define and own the global field marketing strategy aligned with B2B growth priorities.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner to North America Sales leadership to drive revenue and pipeline.
  • Manage and mentor a global team of four field marketers and contractors across regions.
  • Design bottom-of-funnel programs to accelerate qualified opportunities and compress deal cycles.
  • Manage a global budget with a focus on ROI, attribution, and strategic investment.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated GTM motions.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of leading field marketing at scale and influencing revenue.
  • Experience embedding AI tools into marketing workflows to accelerate output and surface insights.
  • Expertise in demand generation mechanics, funnel analytics, and marketing attribution.
  • Ability to present strategy to C-suite stakeholders and manage multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Experience with ABM strategy, sponsorships, and sales-aligned campaign design.
