What you will do

• Generate B2B leads through independent prospecting and partnerships with Banking Executives.
• Acquire and promote EVO payment solutions (TPV, e-Comm, etc.) at strategic partner locations.
• Retain clients and grow portfolios through continuous cross-consulting.
• Monitor negotiation processes and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
• Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses to develop winning negotiation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fee- and commission-driven sales, preferably in the financial or technology sectors.
• Own car is indispensable.
• Availability for travel.
• Basic-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Office packages; CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
