What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle for Vincent AI, from strategic prospecting and consultative demos to negotiation and closing.
• Generate and qualify a high-quality pipeline within the Mexican legal sector, targeting mid-market and strategic accounts.
• Position AI solutions to solve lawyer pain points regarding efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with partners, managing partners, and general counsels.
• Collaborate with global marketing, customer success, and product teams to maximize win rates.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasting.

Requirements

• University degree in Law (highly preferred), or in Business Administration or Engineering with a strong legal orientation.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS consultative sales, ideally selling to legal professionals or law firms.
• Proven track record in active prospecting and managing multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English (written and conversational).
• Expertise in pipeline management using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Must be located in Mexico.

• Previous experience using or selling legaltech, AI, or legal research tools.
