Salary: $200,000–$280,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing team of product and segment marketers.
  • Develop and articulate engaging narratives for platform-level and product-line positioning.
  • Partner with R&D and GTM teams to lead product launches and drive market momentum.
  • Construct high-impact campaigns to advance product narratives and adoption globally.
  • Empower the sales organization with playbooks, competitive intelligence, and buyer persona insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing leadership in B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for complex buying processes.
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
  • Experience building product marketing as a function and implementing best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling client narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services or marketing into financial services firms.
  • Experience with value-based selling frameworks.
