Salary: $170,000 - $206,000 annual gross base

What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end H3 discovery process, framing jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) and managing prototypes.
- Ship weekly "sketchy V0s" and fake-door experiments to optimize for the speed of validated learning.
- Conduct continuous qualitative research with target users and industry edge-cases to uncover latent needs.
- Manage the product lifecycle via strict learning milestones and behavioral metrics.
- Evaluate data points to make confident "Persevere, Pivot, or Kill" recommendations.
- Defend the boundaries of radical innovation by rejecting incremental optimizations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Engineering background with the ability to read code and reason about technical architecture.
- Proven track record of 0-to-1 product development and establishing early product-market fit.
- Fluency in modern AI primitives, including LLM orchestration and AI agents.
- Strong product sense and the ability to develop mid-fidelity prototypes independently.
- Exceptional ability to derive insights from fragmented usage data and behavioral metrics.
Nice to have
- Past founder or co-founder experience at a venture-backed company.
- Experience as a guerilla growth hacker building scrappy self-serve funnels or concierge MVPs.
- Exposure to complex systems in fintech, marketplaces, web3, or global compliance frameworks.
