What you will do

  • Build and develop a newly formed sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and talent management.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers at key strategic accounts.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities while aligning product offerings with customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by driving spend per account through strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with senior management of customer entities.
  • Adapt departmental plans to address operational challenges and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • University degree in Science, Healthcare, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven capability in people management, including performance reviews, recruitment, and disciplinary actions.
  • Extensive understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and company operations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical content.
  • Must be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
