What you will do
- Build and develop a newly formed sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and talent management.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers at key strategic accounts.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities while aligning product offerings with customer needs.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by driving spend per account through strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with senior management of customer entities.
- Adapt departmental plans to address operational challenges and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- University degree in Science, Healthcare, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven capability in people management, including performance reviews, recruitment, and disciplinary actions.
- Extensive understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and company operations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical content.
- Must be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
