What you will do

• Drive annual revenue goals and DW$ targets for the Greater China distribution network.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives to increase in-house share within distribution partners.
• Lead mass market demand creation through regular reviews and joint customer visits.
• Maintain and enhance executive relationships with distribution partners and internal field teams.
• Coordinate corporate initiatives in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
• Coach and develop the CAM team to strengthen regional sales capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales management experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Deep familiarity with the automotive and industrial markets in China.
• Strong leadership and influence power to drive results across the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
• Must be based in Shenzhen.
