Salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive sales of Trading, Trust, and Custody solutions, including CIT products.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key retirement and wealth industry clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from qualification to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal product, legal, and finance teams to support solutioning.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and regional events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the retirement industry
- Existing network of professional relationships in the retirement sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage strategic accounts
- Strong consultative sales and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for client and prospect meetings
