What you will do

• Drive sales of Trading, Trust, and Custody solutions, including CIT products.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key retirement and wealth industry clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process from qualification to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal product, legal, and finance teams to support solutioning.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and regional events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the retirement industry
• Existing network of professional relationships in the retirement sector
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage strategic accounts
• Strong consultative sales and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for client and prospect meetings
