TL;DR

Software Relationship Manager (Fintech): Prospecting and managing sales of cloud-based Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants with an accent on territory-based field sales and relationship building. Focus on closing deals, conducting financial analysis, and maintaining client records in Salesforce and Atlas.

Location: Must be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 75% of time in the field visiting client sites.

Compensation: Base Salary $50,000 with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000+ including bonuses and residual income.

What you will do

  • Prospect and generate new business leads within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person and phone presentations to demonstrate Point of Sale solutions.
  • Perform on-the-spot client financial analysis and manage paperless contract processing.
  • Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to set appointments and achieve production quotas.
  • Upsell existing clients on additional products and services within the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills.
  • Professional demeanor and high sense of urgency.
  • At least two years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
