What you will do

• Participate in projects for leading financial institutions across asset management, investment, funds, and securities services domains.
• Conduct regulatory compliance reviews, internal control reviews, and independent assessments aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Provide risk and compliance advisory (including AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions, data privacy, and data quality).
• Execute client projects hands-on and contribute to successful delivery.
• Use AI and generative AI tools to support project delivery.
• For more experienced candidates: independently drive work streams, manage consultants, and support business development (content, proposals, sales presentations).

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in risk and regulatory compliance (less experience may be considered for a Consultant level).
• Must be familiar with SFO (Cap 571) and the SFC code of conduct.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• University graduate (accounting, business, information technology, or related disciplines); professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, FRM, CAMS, CISA, CISSP, CIA) are an advantage.
