What you will do

• Drive digital assets expertise across tokenized securities, tokenized deposits, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, digital custody, and DLT/blockchain infrastructure.
• Apply knowledge of financial markets and products to assess impacts of tokenization across equities, fixed income, funds, collateral, securities financing, payments, clearing, settlement, custody, and corporate actions.
• Translate technical tokenization concepts into practical business solutions for senior business, operations, technology, risk, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Assess interoperability with traditional financial services across trade lifecycle, booking models, settlement, data flows, controls, reconciliation, client reporting, and legacy integrations.
• Shape client strategies and delivery approaches, including use cases, business cases, implementation roadmaps, vendor/platform considerations, pilot design, testing, and adoption plans.
• Lead business development and team coaching, including originating opportunities, proposal/commercial discussions, and mentoring consultants and managers.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near New York with ability to commute to client sites in the metro area as required and occasional travel across the US and Canada.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or in Corporate & Investment Banking/Capital Markets or related roles in financial services (e.g., investment banking, sales & trading, fixed income, equities, or operations).
• Direct working knowledge of digital assets and industry trends (e.g., tokenization pilots, stablecoin issuance, smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, atomic settlements, digital wallets, TradFi and DeFi, post-trade operations, and vendor landscape).
• Proven ability to originate new business opportunities and create revenue streams through client relationships and converting opportunities into sold work.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Work authorization eligibility to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
