TL;DR

Senior Manager, Contract Management (FinTech): Leading and developing a contract management team to govern client contracts throughout their lifecycle with an accent on post-execution management, commercial risk, and value realization. Focus on defining strategy, priorities, and improving systems and processes for contractual compliance across a global organization.

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (two days in office, other days remote).

What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of contract management professionals.
  • Define the role, mandate, priorities, and operating model for Contract Management.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex contractual, operational, and stakeholder matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement of contract management standards, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure strong collaboration and and alignment with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A law degree or relevant commercial/legal background.
  • Solid experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial legal roles, ideally within SaaS, IT, or outsourcing.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including leading distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of post-execution contract governance, obligations, and commercial risk.
  • Ability to translate contractual complexity into clear operational guidance.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
