What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of a cohesive visual design strategy across the organization and its sub-brands.
• Create and produce high-quality digital, print, environmental, and multimedia assets including graphics, animations, and interactive content.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify communication needs and develop creative solutions.
• Manage creative projects from concept through completion, coordinating timelines and overseeing external vendors.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of design and marketing initiatives to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, or creative marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience creating digital, print, multimedia, animation, and HTML-based interactive content.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, visual storytelling, user experience, and accessibility.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
