What you will do

• Layout and produce branded and custom marketing materials including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, and signage.
• Design tailored print and digital collateral to bring client property stories to life.
• Format research-based data into visually compelling graphics, market reports, and infographics.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies and print vendors to estimate and oversee production.
• Translate core commercial real estate concepts into effective design strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the best design approach for various projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience specifically in commercial real estate.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Outstanding project management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dreamweaver and/or HTML.
• Motion graphics and video production/editing skills.
• Knowledge of website development platforms.
