What you will do

• Generate concepts and produce visual designs for print, digital, and motion graphics.
• Manage design projects from inception to completion while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create short-form animations and video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff or freelancers and provide team support.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure professional delivery.
• Present ideas and storyboard concepts to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Glasgow, Scotland or the US.
• 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of video formats, compression, and platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Foleon.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for ideation.
