Salary: $80,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with the merchandise team to design new products based on company milestones.
• Design customer gifting items, including mission patches and event-specific gifts.
• Manage the product design process from initial concept to production hand-off.
• Create and maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specifications.
• Assist in developing graphics, typography, and layouts for social, web, and print.
• Contribute to the development of the brand's identity through merchandising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or artistic field required.
• 5+ years of experience in product, graphic, and merchandise design required.
• Advanced knowledge using graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed, with occasional travel to events required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to ITAR requirements.

• Strong aptitude for trend and design; exceptional design aesthetic.
