What you will do
- Collaborate with the merchandise team to design new products based on company milestones.
- Design customer gifting items, including mission patches and event-specific gifts.
- Manage the product design process from initial concept to production hand-off.
- Create and maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specifications.
- Assist in developing graphics, typography, and layouts for social, web, and print.
- Contribute to the development of the brand's identity through merchandising.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design or artistic field required.
- 5+ years of experience in product, graphic, and merchandise design required.
- Advanced knowledge using graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed, with occasional travel to events required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to ITAR requirements.
