What you will do

• Concept and produce best-in-class marketing deliverables, including pursuits, proposals, and property branding.

• Build and maintain scalable templates, asset libraries, and brand toolkits for team efficiency.

Requirements

• BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and the ability to execute a creative vision.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
• Must be based in Austin, TX, USA.
• Genuine curiosity and ability to implement AI in the creative process.
