What you will do
- Concept and produce best-in-class marketing deliverables, including pursuits, proposals, and property branding.
- Develop original design styles and visual systems to elevate the team's creative direction.
- Champion the implementation of AI tools to sharpen and accelerate the design workflow.
- Build and maintain scalable templates, asset libraries, and brand toolkits for team efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing managers, brokers, and executives to move projects forward quickly.
- Manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Requirements
- BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and the ability to execute a creative vision.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
- Must be based in Austin, TX, USA.
- Genuine curiosity and ability to implement AI in the creative process.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the real estate industry (any asset class).
- Hands-on fluency with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly.
