What you will do

• Partner with the Strategic Marketing Director and sales/PM teams to produce daily marketing deliverables.
• Suggest ways to streamline production through templated assets and improved vendor relations.
• Assess project requirements and communicate missing information to ensure quick task completion.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage and update marketing templates, content, and imagery.
• Apply expertise in production methods, materials, and printing best practices.

Requirements

• BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
• Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience required.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
