What you will do

• Lead the creative development and execution of design projects across social, presentation, and experiential mediums, including facility design.
• Collaborate with Communications, Content, and Product/Engineering teams to produce compelling branded assets.
• Own projects from initial concept and storyboarding through final production and execution.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and aesthetic standards across all media.
• Art direct and produce layouts, graphics, iconography, and motion assets to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Create executive-level presentations in PowerPoint and organize design asset templates for team collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Must be based onsite in Torrance, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in design or illustration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, presentation, and brand design.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, hard-tech, robotics, or manufacturing industries.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual interactions.
• Knowledge of print production processes, printer specifications, and color management.
• Expertise in typography, layout systems, and visual storytelling.
