What you will do

• Promote enterprise architecture standards and technology stacks across global product teams.
• Design and develop technical assets and components for reuse across multiple products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align architecture with continuous delivery and deployment workflows.
• Support product owners and development squads in defining and executing technology roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to development teams.
• Research and prototype innovative technologies to drive modernization and legacy migration efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Professional proficiency in English
• 6-8 years of expert-level experience in Java or C# as a developer or tech lead
• Expertise in large-scale web applications using microservices, Domain Driven Design, and event-driven architecture
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases like Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with containerization and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
