What you will do

  • Lead sales presentations and technical demos for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions to uncover prospect requirements and challenges.
  • Develop customized solutions and write proposals to address specific business pain points.
  • Own the sales process from initial discovery through to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine sales pitches and materials.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future solution offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering, specifically in telecommunications or MVNx.
  • Fluent English and Spanish proficiency required.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and BSS/OSS systems.
  • Solid understanding of telecom architectures, MVNO models, and telecommunications operations.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex deals and drive the full pre-sales cycle.
  • Experience in the Mexican telecommunications market is highly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks.
  • Experience with emerging technologies in the MVNO space.
