What you will do

• Develop client-facing deliverables including high-level solution summaries, proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Lead the scoping, assessment, and execution of migrating on-premises applications and legacy data centers to AWS.
• Design robust cloud security, identity, and access management (IAM) strategies aligned with industry regulatory standards.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to build automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert managing the sales cycle from requirements gathering through to delivery handoff.
• Implement standardized methodologies for solution design and optimization incorporating industry-specific frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 5+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EKS, ECS) and AWS Well-Architected principles.
• Strong background in cloud migration strategies, including lift-and-shift, re-platform, and re-architect approaches.
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application architectures (microservices, serverless).
• Must be based in the USA.
