Senior Domain Architect (Fintech): Designing and governing the target architecture for Wholesale/Business Banking within the Architecture CoE with an accent on bounded contexts and system integration. Focus on reducing architectural debt, defining design patterns, and implementing Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures.

What you will do

• Define Bounded Contexts and target architectures for Wholesale/Business Banking based on business needs.
• Co-create architectural designs and transition paths, aligning business and technology strategies.
• Lead the integration of services and platforms to optimize functional requirements and reduce complexity.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and squads through design patterns and cookbooks.
• Manage Quarterly Business Review (QBR) items and sign off on change governance documents.
• Track and measure technical and tactical debt to ensure implementation aligns with the design.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Architecture.
• Fluent English (written and oral) is required.
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture, API design, and Event Driven Architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong understanding of security principles across application, transport, and infrastructure layers.
• In-depth knowledge of the banking environment, specifically corporate finance and capital markets.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles and methodology.
