What you will do
- Drive new design-win opportunities and provide co-engineering support to achieve production revenue.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners.
- Develop compelling product demonstrations and assist in design reviews during customer visits.
- Analyze technical data to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Achieve annual sales targets of $10M+ through strategic account management.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable business solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in the robotics industry.
- Proven track record of technical sales with enterprise/OEM customers, preferably exceeding $10M annual quotas.
- Experience working directly with Robotics OEMs in design scenarios.
- Background in semiconductors, embedded systems, or related technology sectors.
- Must be based in the USA; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Experience with products and technologies.
- Strong understanding of robotics architectures, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Knowledge of edge computing, AI/ML inference, and real-time processing.
- Familiarity with robotics software frameworks like ROS and ROS2.
