Salary: $162K – $210K

hirify.global is a modern cloud platform enabling developers to build and scale AI-native and full-stack applications without managing infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical contact for high-value AI-native startups and SaaS companies.
  • Lead structured onboarding, architecture reviews, and environment setup to ensure production readiness.
  • Monitor customer health signals and intervene early to prevent performance degradation or churn.
  • Design and optimize infrastructure for AI-native apps, including LLM API integrations and vector databases.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives on upsell and cross-sell motions.
  • Capture and escalate structured product feedback to influence the platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a post-sales technical role (Customer Engineer, TAM, or Solutions Architect) at a cloud or SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, including web services, databases, networking, and containers.
  • Proven experience working with AI-native companies and familiarity with LLM API integration patterns.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving NRR and identifying expansion signals.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with both CTOs and developers.
  • Must be based in the United States; position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as a Software or DevOps Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with PaaS platforms like hirify.global, Heroku, or Railway.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Experience supporting high-growth, VC-backed startups.
  • Ability to build customer-facing technical content and best practice playbooks.
