Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (must be in office at least three days per week)

What you will do
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders and individual contributors across a high-value enterprise portfolio.
- Facilitate process mapping and requirements gathering to define automation and AI maturity roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate customer needs into Fin solution designs and prompt strategies.
- Quantify customer value through ROI metrics and executive briefings to drive expanded investment.
- Monitor usage patterns to identify risks and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer internally to influence the product and solutions strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience in management consulting, strategy, or enterprise SaaS CSM roles.
- Experience with business process mapping and solution design at enterprise scale.
- Strong technical acumen and passion for AI; ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
- Ability to analyze AI performance data (automation/resolution rates, CSAT) and translate it into business outcomes.
- Proven experience managing multi-threaded Success Plans across complex enterprise accounts.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to comply with the hybrid office policy.
