TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (SaaS/AI): Leading a team of Account Managers to drive retention, growth, and adoption of legal AI products with an accent on AI-first workflows and process optimization. Focus on scaling team operations, improving conversion funnels, and managing complex customer escalations in a high-velocity environment.

Location: Hybrid (Expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, or Sydney to be in office min. twice per week)

Salary: $113,500 – $170,300 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead a growing team of Team Leads and Account Managers responsible for customer retention, growth, and product adoption.
  • Develop and launch AI-first outreach strategies, playbooks, and operational workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Manage high-stakes customer escalations and implement proactive retention strategies (activation and penetration).
  • Own revenue forecasting and pipeline health, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members using situational leadership to foster a results-driven culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize lead sources and reduce administrative friction in the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience leading both individual contributors and emerging leaders.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams, tools, and workflows in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
  • Experience building and deploying cutting-edge Customer Success AI workflows and applications.
  • Strong background in sales fundamentals and managing revenue-delivering teams.
  • Expertise in owning complex customer escalations and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Data-driven management approach with a focus on KPIs and target achievement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTech or Scaled Success.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar SaaS tools.
  • Experience working within a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
