What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients using SaaS products.
- Onboard and educate new clients to ensure they realize the platform's value proposition.
- Provide technical support for API integrations and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate feature requests and reported bugs.
- Partner with Sales to identify and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to maintain a customer-centric process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital advertising, marketing, or a SaaS company.
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles such as Account Management or Customer Support.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong technical literacy and ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly.
- Experience with CRM and Ticket management tools (Hubspot and Jira are advantages).
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

- Understanding of B2B SaaS business models.
- Bi-lingual capabilities.
