TL;DR

Strategic Business Development Representative (AI): Identifying and advancing complex enterprise opportunities for the AI platform with an accent on stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive engagement. Focus on turning product signals into enterprise-wide deployments and building AI-enabled GTM workflows.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (3 days/week). Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression.
  • Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context and product signals to break into priority accounts.
  • Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness.
  • Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and competitive signals.
  • Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or strategic customer-facing roles in finance or consulting.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in strategic sales environments.
  • Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence for building credibility with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Deep interest in the AI landscape and ability to connect AI products to real business outcomes.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin, Ireland to support the hybrid work model.
