What you will do
- Drive new customer acquisition and manage the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Negotiate complex contractual, technical, and financial terms to close high-value deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities and manage deal progression.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience closing complex software or cloud solutions.
- Fluent German speaker required for the DACH market focus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-value environment.
- Expertise in consultative selling and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to map and prospect large enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large-scale organizations.
Nice to have
- Understanding of the CPaaS and customer engagement ecosystem.
- Experience selling to both technical and business audiences.
- Knowledge of conversational AI and contact center productivity solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology architecture and system integrations.
