TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Sales): Driving new business acquisition and managing complex enterprise sales cycles for communication solutions with an accent on the DACH market. Location: Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Spain. Role requires at least 25% travel.

What you will do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and manage the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Negotiate complex contractual, technical, and financial terms to close high-value deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities and manage deal progression.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience closing complex software or cloud solutions.
  • Fluent German speaker required for the DACH market focus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-value environment.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to map and prospect large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large-scale organizations.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the CPaaS and customer engagement ecosystem.
  • Experience selling to both technical and business audiences.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI and contact center productivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology architecture and system integrations.
