What you will do

• Lead ETF proposals and sales initiatives for institutional investors including pensions, insurers, and banks.
• Engage in promotional activities targeting securities firms and digital investment platforms.
• Develop tailored ETF use cases and portfolio applications based on client objectives.
• Prepare market intelligence reports on ETF trends, fund flows, and the competitive landscape.
• Partner with marketing teams to coordinate seminars, webinars, and client materials.
• Collaborate with global teams to share insights and align distribution strategies.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically asset management or ETF providers.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and professional English reading/writing skills.
• Foundational knowledge of ETFs, foreign equities, and indexed investment strategies.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and strong documentation skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Class-1 sales representative qualification (must be obtained after joining if not currently held).
• University degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in institutional investor coverage.
• Deep knowledge of foreign ETFs and indexed investment strategies.
• CFA or CMA certification.
