TL;DR

Account Executive (Semiconductors): Driving hirify.global-based product adoption and strategic account management for enterprise customers with an accent on solution-oriented selling and C-suite relationship building. Focus on driving digital transformation, managing partner ecosystems (OEMs, CSPs, ISVs), and exceeding revenue goals within specific industry verticals.

Location: Virtual US. Must live and work from the United States. Regular travel to Atlanta, GA, and South Carolina is required.

Salary: $148,620 - $303,780 USD

What you will do

  • Advocate for hirify.global-based solutions to C-suite and senior IT decision-makers.
  • Drive transformational strategies and preference for hirify.global architecture in named enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, cloud service providers, system integrators, and ISVs.
  • Develop customer technology landscapes to identify upselling and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed financial revenue targets and forecasting goals.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve overall experience and recovery plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR 4+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions to enterprise accounts.
  • Functional knowledge of enterprise customers in Georgia and South Carolina.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience with hirify.global or other major technology companies.
  • Experience with OEMs, ISVs, or Enterprise IT.
  • Experience with AI Solutions.
  • Public speaking skills.
