What you will do

• Lead the strategic expansion of hirify.global’s footprint within prestigious semiconductor accounts.
• Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
• Build executive alignment and develop champions within high-tech accounts.
• Embed hirify.global into the customer’s IT and R&D roadmaps to ensure long-term innovation.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to solve high-scale data challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding objectives in the enterprise market.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with $1M+ ARR within the Technology industry.
• Ability to master complex technical products quickly and translate them into tangible business value.
• Proven history of hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA.
