Strategic Business Development Representative (EMEA) (German Speaking): Identify, shape, and advance complex enterprise opportunities by turning product usage, pilots, and inbound demand into qualified pipeline for Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, with an accent on discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication. Focus on building AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification while supporting account strategy and deal progression.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid: 3 days in the office per week). Relocation assistance available.

What you will do
- Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression.
- Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signals to break into priority accounts.
- Lead discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness.
- Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
- Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in enterprise sales or strategic customer-facing roles (finance or consulting preferred).
- Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious enterprise/strategic sales targets.
- Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail).
- Strong communication skills and executive presence; ability to build credibility with senior C-suite stakeholders and speak fluently with technical buyers.
- Fluency in German is required.
