TL;DR

Lead Conversion Manager (Sales): Managing the end-to-end inbound lead journey and optimizing conversion processes for commercialization services with an accent on lead qualification, outreach strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on generating new business meetings, improving speed-to-lead, and providing actionable insights on buyer behavior to inform marketing strategy.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland. Working hours: Must align with US EST hours (starting at 2pm CET).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of engagement for inbound marketing leads, ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up.
  • Secure meetings for service lines through strategic outreach, targeting, and segmentation.
  • Qualify inbound leads and coordinate with Business Development and subject matter experts.
  • Optimize conversion processes, speed-to-lead, and first-touch experiences.
  • Manage outbound activities, including cold calls and emails, for pharmaceutical prospects.
  • Report on lead performance, messaging effectiveness, and conversion drivers to marketing and commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or demand generation.
  • Must be available to work US EST hours (starting at 2pm CET).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to write captivating, professional outreach emails.
  • Experience with AI-enterprise tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot or Gemini Enterprise.
