What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of engagement for inbound marketing leads, ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up.
- Secure meetings for service lines through strategic outreach, targeting, and segmentation.
- Qualify inbound leads and coordinate with Business Development and subject matter experts.
- Optimize conversion processes, speed-to-lead, and first-touch experiences.
- Manage outbound activities, including cold calls and emails, for pharmaceutical prospects.
- Report on lead performance, messaging effectiveness, and conversion drivers to marketing and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or demand generation.
- Must be available to work US EST hours (starting at 2pm CET).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to write captivating, professional outreach emails.
- Experience with AI-enterprise tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot or Gemini Enterprise.
