What you will do
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with Service Directors, Dealer Principals, and corporate executives.
- Analyze and interpret key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve dealership fixed operations.
- Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media.
- Educate clients on the value of AutoPoint products and align them with business objectives.
- Oversee customer retention, product adoption, and account growth within assigned territories.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction tracking using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Automotive marketing experience required.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, account planning, and key selling techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and training facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
