TL;DR

Field Account Manager (Automotive Marketing): Managing and growing client relationships for dealership and ownership teams with an accent on Fixed Operations Marketing and revenue growth. Focus on optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns, interpreting KPIs, and ensuring high customer retention through strategic account planning.

Location: Virtual US. Must be based in the US. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with Service Directors, Dealer Principals, and corporate executives.
  • Analyze and interpret key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve dealership fixed operations.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media.
  • Educate clients on the value of AutoPoint products and align them with business objectives.
  • Oversee customer retention, product adoption, and account growth within assigned territories.
  • Maintain accurate client records and interaction tracking using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Automotive marketing experience required.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, account planning, and key selling techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and training facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
