What you will do

  • Drive growth in electronic sales in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei through new customer acquisition for hirify.global Health e-Sales products.
  • Manage the full sales process, including positioning solutions, negotiating, and closing deals with an emphasis on new business.
  • Contribute to country marketing plans to support thought leadership, brand awareness, and product marketing alongside SEA Marketing and Customer Engagement.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends and recommend actions to address developments affecting business performance in Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Support the Regional Manager (SEA) in strategizing, planning, and executing future growth, including expansion into new market segments and channels.
  • Drive product value and usage within existing customers to improve retention and renewal business, working directly and through authorized sales agents and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, channel management and/or business development.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage agents/distributors and drive product usage (desirable).
  • Strong sales record selling solutions into medical and nursing education and/or hospital segments (plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining high standards and multitasking.
