What you will do

  • Manage and grow OEM accounts across South East Asia.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM.
  • Execute Go-To-Market strategies, balancing direct engagement with channel support.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering and sourcing teams and deliver technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and report KPIs and performance metrics regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of OEM sales experience in industrial markets.
  • Strong understanding of Datacenters, BESS, EV Charging, and Industrial Automation applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region up to 50% of the time.
