What you will do
- Manage and grow OEM accounts across South East Asia.
- Develop strategic account plans and maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM.
- Execute Go-To-Market strategies, balancing direct engagement with channel support.
- Build strong relationships with engineering and sourcing teams and deliver technical presentations.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and report KPIs and performance metrics regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of OEM sales experience in industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of Datacenters, BESS, EV Charging, and Industrial Automation applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region up to 50% of the time.
