What you will do

• Develop and execute the ANZ portfolio marketing strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline outcomes for the portfolio.
• Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns and define target segments and messaging.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and regional leadership to identify growth priorities and customer needs.
• Translate global positioning into customer-focused messaging relevant to the ANZ market.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret insights, and drive ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing across complex portfolios such as SaaS, professional services, or education.
• Proven ability to deliver marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong experience in both strategy development and hands-on campaign execution.
• Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve results.
• Experience working within regional or global matrix environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
