What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of veterinary conference presence, including stand logistics and on-site experience.
• Manage event activations such as dinners and pop-ups, coordinating all vendors and brand materials.
• Produce and manage the distribution of in-clinic marketing assets and branded merchandise.
• Support community partnership activations to ensure meaningful brand presence in the vet channel.
• Brief and manage design teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact, on-brand materials.
• Track and report on program metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney and available for interstate travel and occasional weekend work.
• Strong track record in marketing, events, or partnerships with end-to-end activation experience.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills for writing clear briefs and managing supplier relationships.
• Ability to represent the brand credibly alongside scientific or evidence-based content.
• Comfortable working with data to track and report on program performance.
