What you will do

• Execute territory business plans to maximize ETF market penetration and drive flows.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow ETF AUM within the Taiwan market.
• Monitor market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory developments.
• Organize educational programs, roadshows, and training sessions for brokers and institutional clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with Taiwan's regulatory requirements and coordinate product approvals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
• 8+ years of experience in the investment industry with strong ETF expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of client-facing business development experience in wholesale teams.
• Local licensing requirements must be fulfilled.
• Undergraduate degree in business or finance; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with portfolio management and data analytics.
