What you will do

  • Drive sales of exhibition booths, sponsorships, and digital services through proactive outreach and client meetings.
  • Manage and nurture long-term customer relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Track sales pipelines and activities using Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on lead generation and business matchmaking.
  • Support floorplan allocation and sales strategy execution.
  • Provide market insights and assist with receivables follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and overseas as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Effective negotiation and consultative communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the exhibitions, agriculture, livestock, or jewelry industries.
