What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives to meet revenue KPIs and activity standards.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, leading QBRs and complex commercial negotiations.
- Enforce Salesforce data hygiene and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
- Drive on-site rebooking and retention initiatives to increase long-term contract value.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales strategies with event outcomes.
- Provide market insights to inform product packaging and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3–5 years of frontline team leadership.
- Strong command of Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of meeting multimillion revenue targets.
- Expertise in strategic account management, QBRs, and complex negotiations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

- Knowledge of agriculture, livestock, or jewelry sectors.
