What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives to meet revenue KPIs and activity standards.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, leading QBRs and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Enforce Salesforce data hygiene and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
  • Drive on-site rebooking and retention initiatives to increase long-term contract value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales strategies with event outcomes.
  • Provide market insights to inform product packaging and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3–5 years of frontline team leadership.
  • Strong command of Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven track record of meeting multimillion revenue targets.
  • Expertise in strategic account management, QBRs, and complex negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

  • Background in the exhibition industry.
  • Knowledge of agriculture, livestock, or jewelry sectors.
