What you will do

• Own P/L responsibilities, sales, and revenue targets for hirify.global Gold in the Taiwan market.
• Develop and implement account penetration and growth plans to maximize profits.
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with Product Development to create requirement specifications.
• Acquire and grow local payment channel offerings while ensuring cost competitiveness.
• Act as the primary liaison with Taiwan government authorities regarding anti-fraud and regulatory matters.
• Oversee the local business, marketing, and operations teams, collaborating with back-office support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in online gaming, digital content, gift cards (POSA), or payment services.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ people.
• 3+ years of P/L responsibility within an online content business.
• Proven track record in account management and driving revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of the online gaming industry and game content development pipelines.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
