HR Generalist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide front-line HR support for employee relations and assist in administering performance and disciplinary processes.
• Manage payroll processing activities, time and attendance records, and workforce reporting.
• Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits changes, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and labor agreement provisions.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, from posting positions to managing the new hire experience.
• Support employee engagement, training tracking, and performance management coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or 3–5 years of minimum HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, attendance, and reporting systems.
• Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Reno, Pennsylvania, USA.

Nice to have

• SPHR or PHR professional certification.
